Best Seats

The best seats for a Tampa Bay Rays game are located in the aforementioned Home Plate Club, or the Whitney Bank Club. Any seats around the infield will offer great views of the game, and loyal Rays fans (the few of them) will tell you that even the nosebleed seats offer great views. If you are looking to get rowdy at a Rays game, the Captain Morgan Deck next to section 149 might be the place for you.

Seat Numbers

The seat numbers at Tropicana Field follow a very simple pattern, where seat number 1 in each section is on the left side when facing the field. This logic holds true for every single section at Tropicana Field.

Home Plate Club

The Home Plate Club at Tropicana Field are some of the best seats for any Tampa Bay Rays game. These extra wide, padded seats include amenities such as in-seat service, complimentary food and drink (including alcohol!) and buffet, and access to the Hancock Bank Club and private dining area. Many listings also include a VIP parking pass, but be sure to check the seller notes for full details.

Dugouts and Bullpens

The Tampa Bay Rays Dugout is located in front of sections 112-118, and the visitors dugout is located in front of sections 111-117. The bullpens at Tropicana Field are located on the first and third baselines in foul territory on the same side as the team dugouts.

Whitney Bank Club

Along the first base line in the 100 level you will find tickets that include access to the Whitney Bank Club. These seats included access to a full buffet, along with extra-wide padded seats. Be sure to check the seller notes in any 100 level listing to see what else is included in the ticket price.

Fans are also allowed to feed the rays for $5 bucks, with proceeds going to the Florida Aquarium and the Rays Baseball Foundation.
