Be honest and raise your hand if you’ve ever fantasized about being able to dive into a pool to beat the heat while attending a baseball game in the sweltering summer heat.

Those who built Chase Field indeed had Arizona natives in mind when they designed the venue, just like we had Arizona Diamondbacks fans in mind when crafting this detailed Chase Field Seating Chart, which includes interactive Diamondbacks seat views, best and worst seats, seat and row numbers, and where you can buy Arizona Diamondbacks tickets.

Chase Field History and Overview

The 48,519-person capacity ballpark is a welcome respite from the broiling Arizona heat. The air-conditioned indoor stadium automatically qualifies any seat as good in Arizona in August.

If that isn’t enough, engineers added one more touch that may seem surreal at first but makes perfect sense once you think about it: the pool behind the wall between right and center field. On less oppressive days, the roof opens up to complete an experience as sublime as practical.

Chase Field Seat Numbers and Section Breakdown

As for seating arrangements, the Chase Field seating chart with seat numbers is designed so that you can find seat 1 of any section by following the section before. For example, seat number 1 in section 128 will be closest to seat number 1 in section 127, and seat number 1 in section 127 will be closest to seat number 1 in section 126. The closest sections to the field are the lettered suites, and suites C through Q consist of 13 rows of seats, while suites A, B, R, and S contain seven rows each.

A and B are the Third Base Boxes, while R and S are the First Base Boxes. The Bleachers, Bullpen Reserve, Baseline Reserve, Baseline Box, and Infield Box comprise section 100, consisting of either 20, 30, or 40 rows, depending on the section.

The 200s sections include the Club Bullpen, Club Reserve, Club Box, and All-You-Can-Eat sections (see seller notes for details on any listing). These areas have either 10 or 11 rows per section. The Outfield Reserve and Infield Reserve comprise the uppermost level–the 300s–and contain 32 or 40 rows of seats.

Premium Seating at Chase Field

The Clubhouse Box and the 1st and 3rd base boxes provide fans access to the swanky Audi Quattro Lounge, where they can indulge in delicious food and beverages that are more upscale than your average ballpark fare.

To complete Chase Field’s dedication to its guests’ comfort, the Diamond Club combines a comfy bar, lounge, and gourmet dining atmosphere with a terrific view of the game from an outfield perspective. The Picnic Pavilion is similar but is a more child-friendly section, complete with a play area and a family-oriented atmosphere.

Best Seats at Chase Field – Arizona Diamondbacks

Some seats are better than others. For instance, any of the lettered seats offer the best view in the house as they surround the entire infield. The Dugout Boxes are highly prized in this area, with the First and Third Base Boxes running a close second. The Club Boxes 208 through 213 are press box high and offer a great view at a reasonably affordable price.

Among the least expensive seats in the house are the MVP Boxes in sections 310 through 322 behind home plate. It goes without saying that the First and Third Base Boxes and the Baseline Box Reserve are the best seats to get autographs, while the bleachers are best for anyone looking to catch a ball. Sections 330 through 332 and 300 through 302 are located in the farthest corners of the stadium. They’re also the farthest from any concession stands. However, they can be among the most affordable options and offer a decent view, even for fans on a budget. Sections 145W and 100W are the Picnic Pavilion and the Miller Lite Diamond Club.

Covered Seating at Chase Field

While Chase Field’s retractable roof protects fans from inclement weather, such as rain and storms, Dbacks fans often want seats in the shade for Diamondbacks games during incredibly hot Arizona afternoons and even night games.

The upper deck at Chase Field is generally covered no matter where you sit, and corner infield sections like 135-138, 220-223, and 106-109 are also covered.

If you’re looking to avoid the sunniest areas of the stadium, the sections near the pool in right field, along the first base line, and behind the dugout receive the most sun during Diamondbacks afternoon and night games.

ADA Seating at Chase Field

For those who are wheelchair users and/or those looking to attend a game at Chase Field with somebody who is, there is some important information that you’ll want to know. If you’re seeking ADA seating, you’ll find accessible rows at the top of most sections throughout the venue.

If necessary, folding chairs will be provided for guests, such as those who need to sit with a fan while using a wheelchair. One trick you can use to filter tickets that are ADA accessible is to use our “Additional filters +” button on the event page, which allows you to select “ADA (wheelchair accessible). ” This will show all seats the seller has marked as accessible seating.

Parking at Chase Field

If you’re looking for parking, there’s a 1,500-car garage on 4th Street, just south of the ballpark. The garage has 31 designated accessible parking spaces.

Elevators are located throughout the ballpark for fans who need them. They’re located across from sections 104 and 300, closest to Gate K, across from sections 116, 208, and 309, nearest to Gate J, across sections 127, 211, and 321, closest to Gate E, and across from sections 140, 223, and 332, closest to Gate A.
